Le café aux champignons Mush Love est un Arabica instantané biologique mélangé à notre extrait de champignon Super 7 : Crinière de lion, Reishi, Cordyceps militaris, Chaga, Queue de dinde, Maitake et Shiitake.
Il a le goût du café. C'est délibéré — l'extrait est une double extraction de corps fructifères entiers, ce qui élimine le goût brut et boisé que l'on obtient avec le mycélium moulu. C'est aussi la raison pour laquelle nous pouvons mettre un chiffre sur l'étiquette : la portion de champignons est standardisée à plus de 35 % de bêta-glucanes, vérifié par une tierce partie. La caféine est plus faible par tasse que le café pur, car une partie de la tasse est de l'extrait de champignon.
Pour qui : les buveurs de café quotidiens qui veulent intégrer les champignons dans une habitude qu'ils ont déjà, et les personnes qui trouvent le café corsé un peu trop fort au réveil.
Comment le préparer : Mélangez 1 cuillère à soupe bien pleine (environ 5 g) dans 6 à 8 oz d'eau chaude. Ajoutez du lait, de la crème ou de l'édulcorant si vous le souhaitez — il les supporte bien.
