We want you to be happy with your order. We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to reach out about a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Our satisfaction guarantee is limited to the value of a one-month supply.
To start a return, or if you're not satisfied, just contact us at info@ecogenya.com and we'll take care of it. In most cases we can resolve it for you without needing the item sent back — please don't ship anything to us before contacting us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we'll make it right.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. If you're unsure about your item, just ask.
Refunds
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it). If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@ecogenya.com.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships within the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unopened and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
