Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the destination and cart value. The applicable rate is shown automatically at checkout.

Canada (CAD)

  • Orders under $20: $8 shipping
  • Orders from $20 to $49.99: $6 shipping
  • Orders of $50 or more: Free shipping

United States (USD)

  • Orders under $50: $12 shipping
  • Orders from $50 to $99.99: $9 shipping
  • Orders of $100 or more: Free shipping

Mexico (rates shown in CAD)

  • Orders under $75: $18 shipping
  • Orders from $75 to $124.99: $12 shipping
  • Orders of $125 or more: Free shipping

Processing & Handling Time

Orders received before 2:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada, paid shipping: 3–9 business days
  • Canada, free shipping: 2–7 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Mexico: 6–12 business days
  • Other international destinations, where available: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Carriers

We ship through Canada Post, UPS, and DHL depending on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking unless otherwise stated at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and link by email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All orders are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to arrange a replacement.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ecogenya is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can re-ship it to a corrected address at the customer's shipping cost. We will contact you to confirm the address and arrange payment before re-shipping.

PO Boxes

We ship to PO Box addresses through Canada Post. UPS and DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so orders addressed to a PO Box will be shipped through Canada Post.

Duties & Taxes

For US and international orders, duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes may apply. When Shopify displays these charges at checkout, they are collected as part of the order; otherwise, the destination country may collect them on delivery. Customers are responsible for any charges required by local customs authorities.

International Import Regulations & Health Canada

Ecogenya's natural health products are licensed and compliant with Health Canada's Natural and Non-prescription Health Products Directorate (NNHPD) regulations. Import rules for natural health products vary by country. Customers are responsible for ensuring their order complies with local customs and import laws. Ecogenya is not liable for packages seized or delayed by customs because of local restrictions on natural health products.

Local Pickup & Drop-Off

We offer local drop-off for customers in the Whitby area. A retail location in Whitby for in-store pickup is coming soon.
