Frequently asked questions
Do you work with businesses outside Canada?
Tell us where you operate in the application. Product availability, shipping and market requirements can differ by country, so we confirm fit before approval.
Can I join both programs?
Possibly. If you both stock products and create referral content, describe both activities in your application so we can recommend the appropriate setup.
Can affiliates make health claims?
No. Partners must use responsible, supportable language and follow the approved product information. Ecogenya products should not be presented as diagnosing, treating or curing a condition.
Will I receive free products?
Product seeding is not automatic. When samples are appropriate, they are considered individually based on the partnership and campaign.
How quickly will I hear back?
We review applications individually and reply by email after the review is complete.
