Ecogenya Gourmet Super 7 brings together seven organic mushroom extracts in one fine, fast-dissolving powder: Lion's Mane, Reishi, Turkey Tail, Cordyceps, Chaga, Maitake and Shiitake. It is the simplest way to cook and drink with a wide range of mushrooms without keeping seven jars on the shelf.
Every mushroom is hot-water extracted from whole fruiting bodies rather than grain-grown mycelium, which is why the powder is dark, concentrated and free of the starchy filler that dilutes many blends. The flavour is balanced and mellow: earthy and lightly savoury, with the coffee-like depth of Chaga rounding it out.
This is part of Ecogenya's Gourmet everyday range, made to the same extract specification as our Fantastic Fungi natural health product line but sold as a culinary ingredient, so you can use it as freely as any other pantry staple.
How to use it: stir a small spoonful into coffee, cocoa or tea, blend it into smoothies, or add it to soups, broths, oatmeal, sauces and baking. It dissolves in hot or cold liquid without clumping.
