Every mushroom in the blend is hot-water extracted from whole fruiting bodies rather than grain-grown mycelium. That distinction matters more than it sounds: grain-grown products carry a lot of starch from the substrate they were raised on, which is why we do not use them. What goes into the capsule is extract and nothing else.

How to use it: each capsule provides 1000 mg of the seven-mushroom extract blend. Take one capsule per day with water, with or without food. No taste, no measuring, easy to travel with.
