Directions for Use
The daily serving / dose for this extract is 1000mg, or about 1/2 teaspoon per day. Because the density and weight of each extract can vary, it is best to measure out 1000mg (1 gram) on a kitchen scale to be precise, but a little more or less is not a concern.
This extract can be easily added to a cup of coffee or tea, a smoothie or shake, or into soups or other foods.
While there is no "best time" to take it, we find that mornings are best because of the energy boost that is often associated with it.
Storage and Shelf Life
This product should be kept in a cool dry place for best storage results. When stored properly in an airtight container, the shelf life is at least 2 years and usually much longer. Many people add it to their emergency stores for it's wonderful nutritional value, medicinal benefits and long shelf life.
