Shipping Policy
Free Shipping & Rates We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $50 CAD. Orders below this threshold are subject to a small shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Processing & Handling Time Orders received before 2:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Ontario: 1–4 business days
- Rest of Canada: 1–6 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Carriers We ship via Canada Post, UPS, and DHL depending on your location and order size.
Order Tracking All orders include tracking unless otherwise stated at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and link via email to monitor your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages All orders are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to arrange a replacement. We stand behind every order.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Ecogenya is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will re-ship it to a corrected address at the cost of shipping. We will contact you to confirm the updated address and arrange payment before re-shipping.
PO Boxes We ship to PO Box addresses via Canada Post. Please note that UPS and DHL are unable to deliver to PO Boxes — if you provide a PO Box address, your order will automatically be shipped via Canada Post.
Duties & Taxes For international and US orders, duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected by Ecogenya at checkout.
International Import Regulations & Health Canada Ecogenya's natural health products are licensed and compliant with Health Canada's Natural and Non-prescription Health Products Directorate (NNHPD) regulations. However, import regulations for natural health products vary by country. Customers are responsible for ensuring their order complies with local customs and import laws. Ecogenya is not liable for packages seized or delayed by customs due to local restrictions on natural health products.
Local Pickup & Drop-Off We offer local drop-off for customers in the Whitby area. A retail location in Whitby for in-store pickup is coming soon — stay tuned for updates!
