We ship from Whitby, Ontario, across Canada.

Rates

• Orders $40+ — Free shipping
• Orders under $40 — $5 flat rate
• Minimum order value — $20

Delivery times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–9 business days depending on your location, with rural and remote destinations sometimes taking a bit longer.

Need it faster?
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Choose your preferred speed once your order qualifies.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it from our door to yours.

Carriers
We ship via Canada Post, UPS, and Chit Chats — whichever gets your order to you most efficiently.

For most shipments, we have partnered with private couriers to ensure fast, efficient shipping.

For PO boxes and rural routes, the only option is Canada Post but they are back to normal capacity as of this writing.

For shipments to the US, we have added DDP shipping via Canada Post and USPS, and do not expect any delays.
